Merchant Accounts

When you partner with NoPayn, you’ll always have two accounts — one with us, and one with your acquirer. Each serves a different purpose, and together they give you full visibility and control over your payments.


1. Your NoPayn Account

This is your gateway account, where you can:

  • View all processed transactions
  • Perform captures, refunds, or cancellations (especially useful if something doesn’t work in your shop system)
  • Track transaction history and get quick access to support

2. Your Acquirer Account

This is the account you have directly with your acquirer (such as Rapyd, Elavon, Brite, Shift4 etc.). It allows you to:

  • View settlements and payout schedules
  • Track the actual bank transfers
  • See fees deducted before funds reach your account

📌 Your acquirer login details will depend on which provider you’ve been onboarded with. We'll help guide you to the right platform.
