How to Create a Guest Admin User in WordPress

Step 1: Log in to Your WordPress Dashboard

Go to yourdomain.com/wp-admin and log in with your administrator credentials.


Step 2: Go to Users

In the left-hand menu, click:

UsersAdd New


Step 3: Fill in the New User Details

  • Username: nopayn
  • Email: onboarding@nopayn.io
  • First Name / Last Name: (optional, or use "NoPayn Onboarding")
  • Website: (optional)
  • Password: Click "Show password" and keep the generated one, or create a strong one yourself.
  • Send User Notification:Check this box to send the login info to us.
  • Role: Select Administrator from the dropdown menu.


Step 4: Click “Add New User”

🎉 That’s it — the NoPayn team will now receive an invite and can log in with full admin access to help complete setup, perform tests, or assist as needed.


🔒 Tip: You can delete or downgrade the user role anytime after onboarding is complete.
