At NoPayn, our mission is to keep things clear, honest, and easy to manage — including how we handle billing.

We don’t hide fees in complicated dashboards or deduct percentages from your payouts. Instead, we send one clean invoice, once a month, for all your transactions.

Here’s how it works:

📅 Monthly Invoicing: What to Expect

When do I get billed?
Between the 1st and 5th of each month, you’ll receive an invoice from NoPayn.
What does it include?
It covers all transactions processed through NoPayn in the previous calendar month — no surprises.
How do I receive the invoice?
Your invoice is delivered straight to your registered billing email. If you’d like to update this email, just reach out to us.
How do I pay?
The invoice includes all payment details. We are working on automatic bank withdrawal, to make sure it’ll be handled seamlessly. Otherwise, payment can be made via bank transfer.

💡 Why We Do It This Way

At NoPayn, we separate billing for a reason:

We provide your gateway — the infrastructure that makes your checkout flow smooth, stable, and connected to multiple payment methods. Our billing reflects this service.

Meanwhile, your acquirer (like Rapyd, Elavon, Clearhaus or Shift4 etc.) deducts their fees directly from your settlement payouts. That means you’ll see two distinct parts in your payment stack:

🧾 Monthly invoice from NoPayn → for gateway access, support, and features
💸 Fee deduction by your acquirer → taken directly from your received funds

This setup ensures:

✅ Clarity – You always know which part of the stack you're paying for
✅ Control – You see full revenue on your settlement before gateway billing
✅ Separation of roles – One builds the roads, the other moves the money

🔍 What's On Your Invoice?

Your invoice will include:

Total number of transactions
Transaction breakdown (which transactions is for what)
Fee per transaction
Any add-ons (like MobilePay, Vipps, Swish or Pay by Bank, if activated)
Total amount due
Due date and payment details
